The 3rd quarter of 2018 has seen a jump in sales prices for properties in the seven county area we call Greater Metro Milwaukee. The average sales price in the area has gone from $246k to $265k in the last year, or a $19k addition to the price tag. Ozaukee saw the largest increase, over 10%, while Milwaukee county saw a almost 6% increase in sales price.

When you combine these numbers with the fact that the average days on market, or DOM, has been falling as well, it seems like the Milwaukee area market shows no sign of slowing down this winter.
