Can I finance my renovation?

If you qualify for a WHEDA loan, you just may be able to.

So we have run into this problem a few times. A buyer will find a home that is a dime, but it needs work.

Luckily WHEDA, or the Wisconsin Housing & Economic Development authority, is willing to finance home renovations if you qualify for their conventional loan program.

This loan program is great for lower income buyers that found a property, perhaps one that was foreclosed upon, and need that extra money to bring it back into shape.
