Metro MLS the FTC and Me

I never said I have a legal mind but boy if Realtor.com get's access, I would venture that by me not having IDX access Metro would be hard pressed to "show that the policy, rule, practice or agreement is reasonably ancillary to the legitimate and beneficial objectives of the MLS"

Any legal minds out there, please do correct me if I am wrong.
