FIRST! I pride myself on my punctuality, so I'll be there on time or I will call or text if I am running late. Since style tastes differ, I start in the basement . My property maintenance and trades background lets me point out big-ticket defects. We start in the basement, identifying expensive problems early, then you can just show yourself around.
